🐱 Meet the PixelCat!

Say hello to the tiny pixel cat that roams around my homepage! This little creature isn’t just for decoration — it has a playful personality and a few secrets you might want to discover.

Here’s what PixelCat can do:

🐾 Basic Behavior

  • Walks around the screen — It explores your screen with smooth idle animations, just doing its thing.
  • Stops randomly — Sometimes it pauses and goes idle, just like a real cat deciding life is too fast-paced.

🗨️ Bubble Messages

  • Occasionally, it will display helpful or silly messages above its head.
  • These messages include interaction tips, random cat thoughts, or just fun remarks.
  • If you hang around, you might spot it say things like:
    • “Click me!”
    • “I’m plotting world domination.”
    • “Move your mouse fast nearby to scare me!”

🖱️ Interactive Actions

  • Click the cat → It gets hurt briefly, then continues walking.
  • Double-click anywhere → It immediately dashes (runs) to the clicked location.
  • Wave your mouse quickly near the cat → It feels threatened and attacks!

🎮 Want to Try?

Just interact with the page like you normally would:

  • Move your cursor around.
  • Click and double-click.
  • Wait and watch.
  • The cat will react in its own quirky way.

This project was built with React and pure pixel sprite animation. No game engine. Just lots of little behaviors stitched together to make a cat feel alive on the web.

Hope you enjoy hanging out with my pixel friend. Let me know if you think it should learn new tricks! 🐾
